Aaron is a dedicated professional with a strong foundation in criminal justice, holding a Bachelor of Criminal Justice from Charles Sturt University. With over 8 years of experience in the disability sector, Aaron has developed a comprehensive understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and its procedures. His career has seen him work both as a support worker and in management roles, giving him valuable insight into the needs of individuals with disabilities and how best to support them. Passionate about empowering individuals with disabilities, Aaron is dedicated to helping them improve their intra- and interpersonal skills while fostering stronger connections within their communities. His goal is to create opportunities for people with disabilities to thrive and live fulfilling, independent lives.
